    Our main goal at The Hive is for our subscribers to eat healthy, nutritious and clean food. Whether they need to lose, gain or maintain their weight, we would never compromise on their body needs of essential nutrients. We believe that eating healthy does not necessarily mean eating less. While the quantity of food can play a role in being healthy, the quality of what we eat is way more important. Because we believe in the importance of the ingredient’s quality, we get our meat, vegetables and fruits fresh on daily bases from local farms.

    Because hygiene is an essential aspect of any business in the food sector, we at The Hive kept that a priority since the planning phase of our project. To ensure a top hygiene level at our kitchen and be certified for it, we built our kitchen around the ISO standards (International Organization for Standardization). That includes every little detail of cleanliness and safety. Despite the fact that it is not a requirement for commercial kitchens, we understood the necessity of it and made sure the customer can comfortably eat every bite of the meals we prepare knowing it came from a kitchen that was built around and being annually checked by the ISO standards.

    One of the main struggles that a person who is trying to eat healthy faces is the repetition of meals which can turn one away from eating healthy. We understand that and that’s why it’s in our policy not to repeat a single meal. To achieve that we searched for recipes from cuisines all around the world. We have six months of non-repeated meals to ensure that our subscriber’s individual taste could be satisfied and they would never think that healthy choices are boring.

  • for any additional % intake than the percentage entitled for the client category parameters, a similar % extra of his/her subscription price will be charged
  • i.e. if client requested 20% additional intake on the client parameters, a 20% extra of his/her subscription price will be charged

Terms and conditions

Pausing the subscription is possible only up to a period of three months (90 days) from the pausing date. If no feedback is received from the subscriber after three months the subscription will be canceled with no refund.

Subscribers can cancel the subscription and request a refund up to seven days from the subscription start date. Cancelations are subject to a fee of 10% of the total subscription price plus the price of the days served until the cancelation date. All refunds are processed within seven to ten working days.
